Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    7 Tbsp. Crisco
    3 c. potato water
    7 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. scalded milk
    cooked potatoes, mashed fine
    3 yeast cakes
    flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast cakes in 3/4 cup potato water.
    Add seven cups flour and beat batter well.
    Add more flour (it takes about 6 pounds.)
    Makes 6 loaves.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
