Poor Man'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. mayo
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 c. boiling water

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and soda together 3 times.
Mix mayo, boiling water and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix well; pour into greased 9 x 13-inch or
2 (8-inch) round pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
