Persimmon Drop Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. persimmon pulp
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 c. raisins
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and persimmon pulp and beat well.
    Sift dry ingredients and set aside.
    Add vanilla and orange extract, nuts and raisins to first mixture and mix well.
    Add dry ingredients last.
    It will make a stiff dough.
    Drop onto greased tin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
