Hawaiian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    3 c. flaked coconut
    whipped cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine eggs and sugar; beat until light.
    Sift flour, salt and baking soda.
    Add to egg mixture and blend until smooth.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, except the cream cheese, and mix well. Spoon into 2 (9x5 inch) greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Remove from pans immediately. Cool.
    Serve with whipped cream cheese (optional).
