One-Bowl Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
3 bananas, cut in fourths
1 tsp. soda in 4 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/3 c. chopped dates (optional)
Preparation

Put all but last 2 ingredients in mixer bowl, beat until creamy.
Add walnuts and dates.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes for 2 small loaves, or 1 loaf at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Very easy to make.
