Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. pimiento
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 c. broken potato chips
Preparation
    Blend together ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle cheese then potato chips over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until cheese is delicately browned.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
