Goat Cheese Alfredo Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
4 oz. goat cheese or Feta cheese
2 Tbsp. butter flavored granules
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until hot. (Do not boil as mixture will separate.) If it separates, return to blender and reprocess. Yield: 6 servings.
