Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. pecans
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla and dates in skillet over low heat and cook until dates are melted and thickened.
Let cool. Add pecans and cereal. Shape in small balls. Roll in coconut. Chill in airtight containers.
These freeze well or will keep for weeks in refrigerator. Serve straight from refrigerator or may be served at room temperature.
