Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Makes 2 regular size loaves or 3 in foil loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
