Old-Fashioned Bread Stuffing For 12 Pound Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1 stick butter or margarine
    8 c. dry unseasoned bread cubes
    1/4 c. water or broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Mix seasonings and sprinkle over bread cubes.
    Add onion mixture and water and combine.
    Stuff turkey and roast immediately.
