Skillet Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. either fresh pork sausage, Italian sausage or ground chuck
    1 medium onion, sliced
    5 small zucchini, sliced
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pan-fry in large skillet sausage or chuck for 15 minutes. Drain off fat.
    Add onions, zucchini and garlic powder.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano and salt.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add cheese.
    Simmer until it melts.
    May be served over rice, but it is very good plain.
