    3 c. white sugar
    1 c. safflower or canola oil
    1 c. egg substitute equivalent to 4 eggs
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. pureed pumpkin
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. dates, chopped
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
