Amish Friendship Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
Preparation

Do not use beater, just mix.
You may add any of the following:
1/2 cup diced apples, raisins, candied fruit and top with slivered almonds or walnuts.
Pour into 2 well-greased (sticks: use flour first) and sugared loaf pans.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Check after 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing.
The bread freezes beautifully.
It is so good you may want to keep one of the starters for yourself.
