Sour Cream Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 medium onion, grated (if desired)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 8-inch iron skillet in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Coat pan with margarine.
    Mix all ingredients until blended.
    Pour remaining margarine into batter and mix well.
    Pour batter into hot pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
