Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

3 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
4 eggs, slightly beaten
