Escarole And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 can Northern beans
    1 large head escarole
    1 or 2 chili peppers
    3 to 4 Tbsp. white wine
    3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil; add sausage.
    After sausage is browned, add escarole.
    Tear or cut in small pieces.
    Add beans and white wine (peppers if desired).
    Add water and chicken bouillon to taste.
