Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. stewed tomatoes
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large pan, brown onion and ground beef in oil.
    Add all other ingredients except cheeses and lasagna.
    Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally about 30 minutes.
