Delicious Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix (dry)
1 whole egg
2 c. regular Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix the ingredients for two minutes at medium speed.
Roll into small balls, dipping hands into ice water at the onset of the rolling of each ball.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 370\u00b0 for approximately eight minutes.
Produces 3 dozen cookies.
