Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. flour (self-rising)
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. carrots, shredded
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with a mixer until well blended. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
