Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. oil
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Rice Krispies
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
