Grilled Turkey Cutlets(A Simple Low-Fat Meal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey cutlets
    1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Preparation
    Blanch cutlets in boiling water for 2 minutes.
    Remove from water and pat dry.
    Mix remaining ingredients and rub well into cutlets.
    Grill 6 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes each side until cooked through.
    Serves 4.
