Low-Carb Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. skim milk
    2 c. Splenda
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. oats (not quick cook or instant)
Preparation
    Bring the first 3 ingredients to a rapid boil for 1 minute and take off heat. Add the last 3 ingredients. Spoon onto wax paper and leave until set.
