Maureen'S Weight Watcher Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. fresh chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook turkey and onion until brown.
    Drain off any fat.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer approximately 35 minutes.
    Serves 4 people.
