Tuna Zucchini Slippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 green pepper, cut in strips
    1 tomato, peeled and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) drained tuna
    6 medium zucchini
    1 (16 oz.) jar Italian sauce
    1 c. shredded Jack cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, saute onion and green pepper until tender.
    Add tomato, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add tuna and heat through. Cover zucchini with boiling salt water.
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
