Corn Pone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water ground meal, sifted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
4 c. water
2 c. milk
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix in heavy pan.
Beat eggs.
Add corn meal, salt, sugar and enough liquid to mix.
Mix, then add more liquid.
Cook in heavy pan for about 10 minutes or until thick.
Stir constantly.
Preheat oven 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Bake in greased pan.
