Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
Preparation

Beat oil, sugar and egg together.
Add zucchini and vanilla to mixture and mix well.
Add all dry ingredients and nuts, then blend well.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Yields 2 loaves.
