Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. orange peel
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine oleo, eggs and sour cream.
    Beat on medium speed until smooth.
    Blend in orange peel.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in sour cream mixture.
    Fold in walnuts.
    Spread mixture into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and continue cooling on wire rack. Frost with Orange Glaze.
