Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated (fine) carrots
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, mix well.
    Add flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; mix well.
    Add carrots and nuts; mix well.
    Pour into one bread pan that has been greased and floured. Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
