White Chocolate Chunk Macadamia Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large egg
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. white baking bars, cut into 1/4-inch chunks
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) jar Macadamia nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Beat sugars, shortenings, vanilla and egg until light and fluffy. Mix with spoon and stir in flour mixture. Dough will be stiff. Stir in chunks and nuts. Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2-inches apart. Bake 10 o 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
