Crunchy Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/3 cup margarine, milk and vanilla in bowl; beat until smooth. Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Mix flour, brown sugar, 1/3 cup margarine and nuts in bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture over sweet potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
