Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    pinch of parsley
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    little garlic salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of oregano
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix everything together; put in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
