3/4 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg whites
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. margarine
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. skim milk
1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
Preparation

Beat peanut butter and margarine with an electric mixer until soft.
Add brown sugar, half the flour, egg whites, milk and baking soda.
Beat until well combined; stir in remaining flour, rolled oats and apple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
