Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend eggs, oil, sugar and zucchini.
Sift dry ingredients together; add to first mixture.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Bake in two greased loaf pans or one greased tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Invert and cool completely before removing from pans.
