Cranberry Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease one large loaf pan (9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inches).
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    Combine orange juice, butter and eggs; stir into dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.
    Stir in cranberries and nuts.
    Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan.
    Cool on wire rack.
