Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs; stir in oil, zucchini, sugar and vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon together. Stir the flour mixture into the egg mixture until well blended. Add raisins and nuts; mix well.
Pour out into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 55 minutes.
