Wisconsin Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. minced onions
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions in 4 tablespoons of butter until soft.
    Stir in flour.
    Add water and cook over low heat until thick.
    Blend in cheese.
    Combine sauce and thawed, well drained broccoli.
    Add eggs and mix gently.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
