Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, melted
    16 oz. peanut butter
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    12 oz. chocolate chips
    1/2 block paraffin*
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    grated rind and strained juice of 3 lemons
    3 eggs, beaten to mix
Preparation
    Place the sugar, butter, lemon rind and juice and eggs in a heavy saucepan; cook gently over low heat until the mixture is thick but falls easily from a spoon.
    Do not boil or let the mixture separate.
    Remove from the heat and cool.
    Store in the refrigerator in a tightly covered jar, or freeze.
