Veal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Form veal into 6 patties.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese, salt, and pepper together.
    Coat patties with crumb mixture and fry in hot oil until lightly browned on each side.
    Pour spaghetti sauce on top of patties and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle on any remaining crumbs.
    Heat 5-10 minutes more.
