Tuscan Pasta(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. greens (escarole, chard, spinach or a combination)
    3/4 lb. Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can small white beans, drained
    2 ripe plum tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. freshly grated Romano cheese
    1 lb. penne (small tube pasta) or ziti, cooked
    pepper
    red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Cut cleaned greens into 1-inch strips.
    Remove sausage from casings.
    With oil, brown over medium-high heat.
    Add garlic; cook just until you can smell it.
    Add greens and tomatoes.
    Cook until greens are wilted, about 3 minutes.
