Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Beat egg whites well.
Add brown sugar very slowly.
Beat until it holds high peaks.
Fold in broken pecans.
Drop on greased cookie sheet by tablespoonful.
Bake in 250\u00b0 preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes.
