Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. pecans
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    3 mashed bananas
Preparation
    Cream oil, shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs.
    Beat thoroughly and add bananas.
    Sift dry ingredients; add nuts and raisins. Fold into creamed batter.
    Bake in two greased and floured 9-inch cake pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Invert on wire racks and cool.
    Ice when completely cool.
