Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups sugar
    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 1/3 teaspoon soda dissolved in 1/2 cup buttermilk
    1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
    4 large ripe bananas
Preparation
    In large bowl mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add and mix vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla and buttermilk soda mixture.
    Add and mix chopped nuts and bananas.
    Bake approximately 1 hour in a bundt pan or 2 loaf pans at 350.
