Fruit Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sweet milk
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 lb. raisins
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 lb. broken pecans
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple
    1/4 c. fruit juice
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add the eggs and beat well.
    Add sweet milk and mix.
    Sift the flour, soda and spices together. Add to the butter and sugar mixture.
    Stir in the fruit and nuts. Add fruit juice last.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cookies are firm, but not brown.
    These cookies may be kept for several weeks.
