Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place strawberries in medium bowl. Sprinkle with sugar. Let berries thaw, then slice. Butter and flour two 9 x 5 loaf pans. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking soda in large bowl and mix well. Blend oil and eggs into strawberries. Add to flour mixture.
    Stir in pecans. Put into dry ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
