Creamy Potatoes Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg or substitute, beaten
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine softened cream cheese with potatoes.
    Mix well until blended.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
