Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    2/3 c. canola oil
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk (using 1 c. skim milk, 1/2 c. vinegar)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced rhubarb
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and egg whites.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla, mixing well.
    Sift flour, soda and salt; add to the above.
    Fold in rhubarb and nuts.
    Bake in 2 loaf pans that have been sprayed with Pam, lightly floured.
    Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over bread mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until done).
