Seafood Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. herbed butter
1/2 c. dry sherry
1 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. lobster meat
1/2 c. heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. dill weed
pinch of white pepper
Preparation

Whip butter or soft margarine until fluffy.
Season with garlic, lemon juice, dill and pepper.
Heat sherry in skillet; cook scallops in it, then add lobster meat until heated.
Add cream and heat until sauce thickens.
Add butter and heat until frothy. Serve over angel hair pasta or mix pasta and sauce in large serving dish.
