Ingredients

5 1/2 c. miniature Shredded Wheat*
1 c. white flour
1 c. quick oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin or 1 pt. zucchini pineapple
1 c. raisins or chocolate chips
Preparation

Chop Shredded Wheat finely in blender or food processor (will make 3 cups).
In large bowl, combine Shredded Wheat, flours, oats, soda and cinnamon.
Set aside.
