Banana Walnut Cake(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3 large eggs
    3/4 c. water
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. walnuts or 1/2 c. walnuts and 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat together mashed banana and butter until creamy.
    Add eggs and water.
    Beat well.
    Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
    Beat until smooth; add chopped walnuts.
    Spoon batter into an oiled and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Spread batter evenly in pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
    Cool and cut into squares.
