Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Beat eggs in bowl until fluffy.
    Add sugar and vanilla and blend well. Stir in zucchini.
    Sift flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and baking powder together.
    Add this to sugar and egg mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Put in prepared pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
